What are the WeMix membership package subscription options?
We offer a wide range of affordable and fair membership package subscription options to suit all budgets as well as make sure you don't build up a huge number of credits you have paid for but will never use. Login and go to My Account-Subscription to see our range of offers.
How does a WeMix membership package subscription work?
Choose the membership package subscription level that suits your needs/budget. Once you have paid for your membership package subscription, your account will updated immediately with the number of credits purchased with your membership package subscription. The expiry date of your subscription is also then set dependant on the duration you have chosen. You are now free to download all WeMix music videos.
Please note that when you subscribe you are enrolled for recurring payments on the anniversary of your membership package subscription expiration. The recurring payment is taken automatically using the payment method you used for your original transaction. You are free to cancel at any time you please (please see below for more information on cancellations).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit and debit cards (including American Express) as well as PayPal. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will help make the necessary arrangements.
What is one WeMix credit worth?
One WeMix credit allows you to download all the Versions of a videos nested under a title i.e. Clean Single, Explicit Single, etc
Can I cancel my WeMix membership package subscription and how?
You are free to cancel at any time. Please log in and go to My Account and then click on Subscription. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the CANCEL RENEWAL button. Your subscription will not renew and you will no longer be charged. Alternatively, send an email to info@wemix.eu with the email address you use to log in into the WeMix website requesting cancellation and we will do the rest. We will confirm we have cancelled your membership package subscription via email. You can also cancel your membership package subscription by logging into your bank or PayPal account.
Can I still download music videos after I cancel my WeMix membership package subscription?
You must have an active membership package subscription to be able to download music videos from the WeMix website. When you cancel your membership package subscription, your account remains active until 23:59 on the day your membership package subscription period ends. After this you will not be able to download any WeMix music videos until you reactivate your membership package subscription.
For example, if you bought your one month membership package subscription on the 7th of month and you cancel your membership package subscription on the 23rd of the month, you will still be able to download music videos until 23:59 on the 7th of the following month.
What happens to my credits after I cancel, or my account expires?
You will never ever lose any of the credits you have paid for. If you have any credits remaining after you cancel, and/or your membership package subscription expires, these credits will all be held on account and become active again when you reactivate your membership package subscription.
I need more credits - what can I do?
The easiest thing to do is to buy some top up credits. Please log in and go to My Account and then click on Subscription. There you will be offered a range of very affordable top up options to choose from. Once purchased, your credits are available immediately to use and can be used if you have an active membership package subscription period. Please note that you cannot buy top up credits if you don't have an active membership package subscription.
I need a copy invoice for my accountant/tax purposes?
Login, go to My Account and then go to Payment History, where you will be able to download a PDF of your invoice.
Can I see what videos I have already downloaded in the past?
Yes. Login, click on Downloaded tab in the main navigation on the left-hand-side of the page and then click on Downloaded Videos for a full list of the videos you have previously downloaded. The Version button of a video will also indicate if a video has been downloaded by having an arrow in it.
