WeMix is an online service providing access to music, video and audio-visual content ("Content") for use by professional users, including disc jockeys, video jockeys, venues and event professionals.
These Terms apply to all access to and use of WeMix and the Content supplied via the WeMix platform. By clicking “Accept” or otherwise using WeMix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use any part of WeMix.
WeMix may amend these Terms from time to time. Any updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being made available on the WeMix website.
WeMix may amend its services or pricing options from time to time, and such changes will be displayed on the website.
The username and password issued to you are personal and must not be disclosed to any other person without WeMix’s written consent. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account until you notify WeMix of any unauthorised use.
You undertake and represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date.
All email communications (and attachments) sent by WeMix are intended only for the person to whom they are addressed and others authorised to receive them.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeMix, its directors, employees and agents against all liability arising from your use or misuse of WeMix.
Access to Content
Content is provided for local and live use in public or commercial environments only.
Content must not be used for broadcast, internet streaming, on-demand services, film or television use unless expressly authorised in writing by WeMix.
Content must not be resold, shared, sublicensed or redistributed.
Orders, Subscriptions and Payment
Access to Content may be provided by subscription, purchase or other commercial arrangements as displayed on the WeMix platform.
Payment must be received in full before access is granted.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
WeMix reserves the right to suspend, amend or discontinue Content or services where reasonably necessary.
Licensing and Rights
Certain elements of the Content, including visual materials and original assets, are owned by or licensed to WeMix.
Music, sound recordings and audio-visual works are subject to copyright and related rights which vary by territory and type of use.
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for holding any public performance, venue or other licences required for your use of the Content.
WeMix applies a best-efforts approach to rights management, including engaging with recognised licensing frameworks where practicable and responding appropriately to rights-holder enquiries.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in WeMix, the platform and the Content belong to or are licensed to WeMix unless otherwise stated.
No ownership of underlying copyright is transferred to you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeMix provides the platform and Content on an “as is” basis and makes no warranties as to uninterrupted or error-free access.
WeMix’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service during the preceding 12 months.
Termination
WeMix may suspend or terminate access where there is a reasonable belief of misuse, breach of these Terms or legal risk.
General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WeMix.
If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
